10/3 and 10/4 - Anniverary #42 and Coles Bay

10/03/2012 - Starhan to Coles Bay on our 42nd Anniversary...

The Risby Cove owner looked so much like MaryAnne, Lee's sister, we had to get a picture.

This is our route for today... 489 kms estimated at 6 hrs 39 minutes.

And it starts out as many roads do; skinny 2 lanes, curvy, and steep.

We did stop a couple of times to do short hikes.

We're getting close and stopped to look at the beach...

 After about an hour more, we made it to the house... What a great home with a great view from each front window.

10/04/2012 - We just putzed and walked around Coles Bay.

Back of the house - it is 3 stories and faces the bay & National Park

And since we didn't get a chance to celebrate our 42 years yesterday, we did it today by buying fresh oysters and crayfish and having the bottle of Jantz Champagne (Tassie Champagne) with dinner.


Australian Lobster tails (Crayfish) are exquisite!  And quite pricey!
